Have flown with American Airlines for several internal flights within America. Cabin crew have always been helpful. Ground staff have ensured a smooth pre-board and speedily return of my wheelchair at the end of each flight. One connecting flight was delayed, due to weather conditions and I had requested my wheelchair went straight through, this then meant I was without my chair and reliant on my already overloaded boyfriend to push me around the airport
