Its shameful for them to represent the US of A. - They lose luggage! (American Airlines)

Advantages: They give you a seat! - Cheap (a little bit)

Disadvantages: Lost luggage, rude staff, bad seat

I went to Los Angeles last year from Manchester via Chicago.
Lets just say the only positives are it is cheap and you can sit down on a seat (rather than standing lol).
Check in sad they were experiencing delays so we had a 2 hours wait. When we eventually boarded the plane i was shocked at how little leg room there was, no tv and very rude staff. After having to cope with an 8hour flight of looking at the seat in front of me we arrived at Chicago. To cap off the day my luggage was stuck in Manchester, they for some reason decided not to put it on the flight. (This is economy btw)
After catching the connecting flight and arriving i was feeling upbeat - i mean come on this is LA! But all i could think was NEVER AGAIN American airlines.

Please note although i say they are cheap we are talking £30 off each. For an 11 hour flight make your own mind up to if it is worth it!
