I have flown this airline many times in my life and overall I would say that most of the time they let me down. Every single time I have flown with them I have had to RUN to my connecting flight becuase I was going to miss it due to some kind of delay in my landing time. They do not provide many comp's for services interupted except a hotel room and flight at a later time. There was a point that I HAD to be at my destination by my arrival time and in asking if they would help me get on a flight with another airline not only would they not help me but they would not comp me for any flights they would have given me. In other words they would not help me any further if I decided to travel the rest of the way with another airline. I have not been very satisfied with AA and have had better luck with other companies.
