Advantages: cheap
Disadvantages: abit rude
I used this company from Austria to the UK and it is a pretty big company with them flying to almost everywhere around the world. They are kinda like British Airways basicly.
I really cannot fault there service as they are very fast and efficient and we got home ontime. The only thing which lacks is that they really are so impatient, the air hostesses that is. Because it was a night flight back I was pretty tired and everything so I had my cheap plastic headphones on that they gave me to watch something (these had to be returned at the end of the flight. I slowly drifted off to sleep and must of been asleep for about half an hour when one of the hostesses came over and shook me and woke me from my sleep so that they could have the earphones back. This was way before we landed and I just think that is pretty rude on why they did that. Couldn't they have waited till after we landed?
I really have not used them enough to be able to judge more
about the company though. But not a bad company, just wish
they would tidy up on there curtisy.

- 22/05/01 The Austrians unfortunately do not have such a thing as customer service. Occasionally you will get an assistant in a shop who is pleasant and helpful, but that is rare. I have on several occasions been confronted with an impatient and rude austrian doing a job that in the UK would be classed as customer services (and for which they would have been fired a long time ago in the UK). I have been told it is best to go in on the attack and back off, rather than be pleasant to them first. Strange people, but they get what they want. I have actually just booked a flight with them as BAīs standards and quality appear to be nose-diving at terminal velocity (food in a bag? Plastic forks?!)- but my advice is give as good as you get, be bolschy back and donīt take it personally - itīs just the way they are. Personally Iīd be grumpy too if I had to wear that hideous red uniform, though judging by the rest of the populations dress sense, that would be considered really quite stylish.......... |

- 02/04/01 I think that cleaning up on the spelling would make your opinion easier to read, particularly for people for whom english may not be their first language. Other than that, I agree with you, I hope they change those horrible red stockings! |
