Great Value airline so cheap can be called budget airline (Bangkok Airways)

Advantages: great service very cheap fab service

Disadvantages: the food was ok and lack of communication disapointing

I have only travelled once on in Australia Bangkok Airways but I wanted to comment on the quality of service I received from them.

Bangkok Airways is what we would call a budget airline and the price of my ticket to fly from Sidney to Brisbane was only about sixty pounds. This was certainly good value as far as I'm concerned. They use the small Airbus aircraft which seats about 200 people at a push but it felt like there was more leg room than on the budget airliners from the UK .

I arrived at the very busy Sidney airport to find a number of Jet Blue Check in desks efficiently processing the passengers and when I spoke to the check in agent she was happy and efficient in her transaction with me.

There were probably one hundred customers ahead of me but the queue couldn't have lasted more than twenty minutes.

The plane was delayed by about 30 minutes before take off and the only complaint would be that we weren't told why the plane was late which was disappointing.

The flight was quite unremarkable apart from the staff on board were very friendly and took it upon themselves to make the flight a real experience for all concerned.

The food was unremarkable but editable and the drinks on board were very expensive a coffee nearly four pounds. What made the flight for me was the service I received from start to finish and the cost of the flight I would recommend this Airline to anyone as its cheap and you will be treated like a human being and not herded in and out like animals which I have experienced on other flights

Summary: I loved this airline the staff were friendly the service was good a must for any traveler
