Advantages: User-friendly web site

Disadvantages: relatively few destinations

Flown with them on 2 occasions to Edinburgh (EDI) return flights from Cardiff (CWL).
PUNCTUAL DEPARTURES:Total lateness of around 20 mins across 4 flights so this can be regarded as fairly punctual.
PUNCTUAL ARRIVALS:Landed on time on all 4 occasions.
BOOKING PROCESS: Easy even for people with basic keyboard skills.
SERVICES: They could benefit from a few more European city destinations from Cardiff.
STAFF: Professional, polite, well presented, helpful, efficient BUT NOT OVERLY COURTEOUS in a FALSE way. Happy to get airborne and on with the job in hand, but there for any passengers who need them.
VALUE FOR MONEY: Paid £42.50 (incl taxes etc) return. Flight takes 50 mins. In contrast, the train costs £76 and takes HOURS AND HOURS AND HOURS to get there!!. I was on Princes Street by 9am.
AIRCRAFT: Clean, tidy, adequate but basic. This is reasonable for short flights (like catching a bus!).
OVERALL IMPRESSION: As an overall PACKAGE i can highly recommend BmiBaby.com and would give them a score of 85% for the kind of service they provide.
