reading other opinions I must agree with many points made.
I flew to Jamaica in August for my honeymoon with Britannia and was shocked at the terrible service.
Lack of room just the first problem but the again most airlines seem to have this.
We booked a window seat for the hubby(his first time flying - bless!) and were put where a window should have been and yet all we had was a wall as we were in the back row. The staff were rude and unhelpful - again the 'bashing of the trolley' standard practice along with slow meal and drink service. Not all customers had blankets or pillows and the plane was freezing! We had no entertainment except the radio stations as every video they had was playing at warp speed.
There was a diabetic in the row in front and she ended up with no meal at all, the vegetarians didnt get much more than that and when the trolley service came round they had sold out of almost everything.
In short a horrible start and finish to what should have been a wonderful time.
