BA is the WORST (British Airways in general)

Advantages: Gives me a place to rant and hopefully get some attention since the airline has chosen to ignore me.

Disadvantages: That I even have to complain about services that I pay through the nose for!!!

I am done with BA! I've had to travel with them for business purposes in the past, but our company finally got wise and uses other airlines now.
Recently I booked a "leisure" trip to New York with them. What a fiasco. There was a 2 hour delay going out and on the red-eye return we booked (both having to work the next morning) our Tv motitors were broken. No movies, ok, not great, but I can live with that. The problem was, the monitors and the overhead lights were stuck in the on position. We had bright lights shining in our eyes the entire night journey! When we asked the ever friendly staff to move us, they said " there are no free seats, except in business. And we are sorry, but your complaint is not serious enough for us to move you to those seats)!!!!. Can you believe the nerve?! When I asked if it were better to put paying customers into empty seats to make them happy, she simply tutted at me and walked off?
I e-mailed and called ba with this complaint, that has been over a month ago and I've heard nothing from them. How rude. I assume they think they are the only airline one can take?
I could go on and on...don't even get me started about BA and the misery of Terminal 5 and how they've now stolen all the direct flights from Gatwick, so now, I have to either have layoevers or go to that hell that is Heathrow. If I didn't have to fly to the U.S. for family visits, I would gladly never set foot on a plane again. What a load of shit!

Summary: I hate BA, shall we start a support group?
