Advantages: None. Does not exist.

Disadvantages: All about British Airways.

I will never fly BA anymore. The customer service is horrible, terrible, and absolutely unreasonable. They changed my flight, and when I asked for my option, the service lady told me I have no other option. If BA told me at least a month ahead of time, I will have enough time to find other option.
I found out I paid more booking online. I email customer relation to ask why. I never have any reply. I called the BA 1800 number, then request to transfer to customer relation. The lady told me - the department does not exist? I asked her again to connect me. She repeated - the department does not exist. That's scary.
Do not bother with Economy Premium. You pay for to be a fool.
Word of caution - Never believe they have the best fare, and do not believe they will match. (Just plain lie).
You can't even choose your seat ahead of time, only 24 hours before flight time. And no good seat left by the time you have your chance.
Please google to find out the negative comments about BA. There were so many. I wish I did before I booked BA.
