I booked a round the world ticket with Sta travel and my flights to and from the UK were with BA. It was my first experience of trans-atlantic flights and I really enjoyed the experience. I did find however, that on both planes several of the seats (always mine!) weren't working properly and wouldn't sit upright properly. I was lucky on the journey out as I got moved to a much better seat. Unfortunately on the way back the plane was full and so I had to fly with the knees of the person behind me digging into my back. I found the hostesses professional if not a bit snooty and cold. They do not rush to make you aware of what refreshments you are entitled to and I'm sure this is to save themselves some work. However, the range of entertainment was great. The seats are averagely comfortable with enough legroom for me and I'm 5'10"!

Summary: a nice airline!
