BA Hates people who complain

Advantages: They fly direct to London from Cape Town
Disadvantages: Everything else except for the route
We often travel the BA route cape town to London. Where has the service gone with this airline. On most occasions the plane is old and falling apart and often the inflight entertainment is broken. Try to complain and they try to off load you as an aggressive passenger, this actually applies whether you have a complaint that you make via their SA or London call centres, at the airport or on board. It is quite clear complaints will not be tolerated. All BA staff hide behind a complaining passenger is an aggressive passenger. Not so. Our last complaint was met with if you dont like it dont fly us or instruct your lawyers. Nice? Well unfortunately the Cape Town - London route is a monopoly route between SAA and BA and therefore choice is limited. They no you have no choice and exploit this. Sometimes it makes me cross to be British.
