Not the best of services (British Airways in general)

Advantages: It gets you there

Disadvantages: Lacking good on-board service

I've taken British Airlines 3 times now and I personally think there is some room for improvements. Firstly, the service is not what I expected from an International airline like BA. I'm not asking for too much, just that they treat me like everyone else, and not ignore me. I also find that the food served on the airline is insufficient to last me the whole flight, especially when I can hardly sleep on their seats. Of course I can always call for a stewardess, but it hardly works that way sometimes. I would have preferred more TV screens on the plane cause I find that from certain seats, you hardly can make out what you are seeing. Overall, I would prefer to take an airline like the Malaysian Airlines or the Singapore Airlines to fly a 13-hour flight.
