Having traveled with BMI before, I always have had a good experiance so when the BMI Baby service proved to be the cheapest option for me for a trip to the UK mainland from Belfast International, I was worried that this may have been a "downsize" from the BMI we all know.

I wasn't disapointed. The check in at Belfast International Airport was fuss free and the staff on the BMI desk were polite, pleasant and helpful. The queues were minimal and we had already pre booked our seats online with the easy online booking system - I have to say, it was the smoothest online booking that I have ever done as all of the prices where shown clearly, the dates were shown clearly and it took all of about 5 minutes to do!

The flight left on time, the staff on the aircraft were nothing but pleasant and friendly and the trip was very enjoyable. The airline was clean, sometimes I half expect the carpet to be threadbare and the upholstery on the seats to be ripped on low cost airlines but there were none of these things!

There was not the usual 6 mile hike that sometimes there is with the cheaper airlines when we arrived in London and again, the smiling BMI staff made for a happy travelling experiance.
