I disagree with the previous poster. I recently took a return trip to Shanghai from London on China Eastern flight MU 552. The plane was comfortable and the staff were nice. Obviously the price was what made me think about taking China Eastern in the first place. Really reasonable, and their new London office website www.chinaeastern.co.uk has quite a lot of usefull information. I hope you were just unlucky on your flight ashelara.
