I found myself on Cross Air London to Zurich by accident. The ticket was booked for me and I woundered what it would be like. I sholdn't have worried.

The business division of Swiss Air is amazing. Small aircraft. One call cabin. Large leather seats with generous pitch. Amazing service for friendly, attentive multi-lingual staff who could not do enough to help.

Breakfast at 0700 was champagne and smoked salmon.

Ah ha you are saying...but the cost! Yes..the tickets were bought because they were the lowest pice on that route that day.
