Advantages: Full range of services, good in-flight entertainment

Disadvantages: None that I can think of!

The airline itself is clean, tidy, and professional. This is all what we expect from a nation's official carrier. And there is nothing out of the ordinary here either. Some benefits; you get free food and drink on most flights (I think longer than 1hr 30mins for food, if not, just free drinks).

You also get personal TVs on the Airbus A330s and communal TVs on the Airbus A320s and A319s. These are brilliant for the medium haul flights from Cyprus to London. You also get free headphones (Which you can't keep, obviously) to plug into your armrest.

On the A320s and A319s, you get around 17 channels (Probably less than that, because this is just the physical number there are) of audio (including the one relating to the communal screens).

On the A330s, you get audio, and a range of TV channels to choose from also. The downside to this though, is that the aircraft is bigger and you're going to get longer waiting times for luggage, and longer queues in the boarding lounge.

The staff are always well presented and will usually offer you a choice of blankets and pillows once you board the flight. They are helpful if you go to the back of the plane and talk to the person sat there, usually doing inventory and 'shop in the air' cost checks.

This airline is quite expensive, but for the services you receive, is worth every penny. I have had no real problems with this airline in 4 years of flying with them.

Summary: It's the standard that all national carriers should live up to.
