Advantages: Flies out of Stansted at the weekend

Disadvantages: Apalling service

Update on 10/8/03 flight

Their most recent appalling behaviour was changing a 09:30 flight to 11:00, two weeks before departure, and then changing that to 21:45, two days before departure.

The flight actually took off at 0130 - 11/08/03, 16 hours late. We were luck, at our resort some passengers were 3 days late.

We arrived home 10 hours late my wife having had her eye badly scratched by a stewardess who afterwards couldn't find a first-aid box. The passenger in front of us had a box dropped on top of them by a stewardess. The landing at Stansted was bone-crunching

Apparently they had 7 planes but now they have 2! I'm not sure how true this is but it would explain a lot.

We are going by TWI at Christmas.
