Last summer i went to Mexica with Delta airlines and i have to say they are by far my favourite airline ever. I left from Heathrow with my girlfreind but unfortunately to our dismay our flight was over booked. We had to wait in the airpost for three hours but as compensation delta flew us over business class and gave us $1000 USD each to spend on flights for the next time we went on holiday.

Althought they probably should not have overbooked the flight in the first place i was really pleased with the way that they dealt with the problem and feel that other airlines have alot to learn from Deltas quality customer service.

Quality of the in flight entertainment was absoloutely first class. I could not have been more pleased. Everyone got their own private television and you could watch as mant films as you wanted. The seating space was unbelievably good as well. Even in economy class the seating looked very comfortable and there was lots of space as well.

I could not be more pleased with this airline and think that i will always travel with them in future.

Summary: brilliant airline, thouroughly recommended
