Advantages: Lots of flights to the rest of the US

Disadvantages: JFK's terminal

Delta airlines has been through some rough times and as a result has merged with Northwest airlines. I travelled with them to Orlando via New York on their 767-400 aircraft which was a great plane to fly and one of the newest, we left manchester airport's Terminal 2 on time and had free food and drink with some friendly flight attendents. They had a flight map on the overhead screens but at that time didn't have in-seat PTV screens.
We were given landing cards but I had no pen so i had to ask a flight attendent for one. I think airlines should start putting pens on board.
Once I landed in New York, the Delta Terminal was very busy from all the Delta European flights and took 2 hours to clear immigration which by that time, I have missed my connecting flight, but two friendly delta girls just casually re-booked me on a flight 6 hours later, they only had one other flight to orlando that day. The 2nd flight to Orlando was also on the large 767-400 so it was a comfy ride over to florida. Once I arrived the bags were really quick to come off the plane.

Summary: Good planes on the international route, though now have started with older 757's on some
