They could improve service a bit (easyJet)

Advantages: Cheap fares

Disadvantages: Service not so good

I have used Easyjet many times. In general I am happy, but read until the end, below are few bullett points.

1) If you book in advance, you can find good deals
2) Easyjet fly primarily to largest airports, diffrently from Ryanair. If you plan to visit large cities, it is better to fly with Easyjet than Ryanair
3) They are now moving into the same model as BA. You can buy your way if you buy their priority card and you will have priority boarding for life
4) Staff are some time NOT professional. I had a (male) steward, visibly gay, chatting to a gay couple repeated times on board. I had a (female) stewardess chatting to a couple of male (not gay) and asking them if they were married. I also witnessed young member of staff laughing to much between them while on board, and I felt embarassed once when an Indian guy asked the Steward for his pen, and the steward said "I cannot give it to you because we are close to landing (it was 20 min before landing) and if I give you my pen I will not see it any more"

Overall, I give Easyjet a vote of 7 out of 10
