Flying with Easyjet
Member Name: Praklinal
Disadvantages: Extra costs
I do not remember the first time I flew Easyjet and I cannot recall the total number of flights with Easyjet either. They are surely more than 10 return flights.
Easyjet has changed over the time, but it has kept the no-frill policy and attitude. You pay for the flight and everything on top is billed separately. Extra costs and frills are removed. No premium lounge, no posh suits for the staff and if you wish something to drink or buy on the plane, you need to pay for it.
This formula worked over time.
There are many cheap flights on offer with Easyjet, but also expensive ones. I was looking for a flight to Geneve in March and a return over the weekend is more expensive than the fare I was given by Swissair!
Flying with Easyjet is easy, go to the airport, take your boarding card at the machine, if you have luggage check it in and go to the plane, you will be called the earlier the earlier you checked in. There are no pre-allocated seats on Easyjet either.
They used to fly to Europe only, but they are now expanding to Africa.
