Advantages: cheap and easy

I've used easyjet for about 6 years now, it's much easier to fly from Edinburgh down to London than drive the many hours. The staff are always pleasant, I've never yet lost my bags (touch wood) and while they run a 'bus' service you're never really suck for a seat and there aren't any terrible ones anyway.

The whole process is simple and getting simpler, you can check in online now and if you have no baggage then all the better. They have a large allowance and are helpful. They charge through the nose for any food or drink on board, and the prices are different from morning to afternoon, but if you're only on the plane an hour or two then you can buy something in the airport.

The prices are always fair and they usually have deals on at certain times of year in order to lower prices even more. They have a large network of flights and destinations and are pretty good if you want to fly somewhere therel'll be an airport nearby.

Summary: very good service
