I'll never fly easyjet again - worst customer service experience I've ever had.
My evening flight from Geneva to Paris was cancelled in February 2008, with no prior notice, when I was three months pregnant. Easyjet transferred me onto the 6am flight the next day, but basically told me to go fend for myself, and didnt even offer help finding accommodation.
I ended up having to stay in a hotel at the airport which cost an arm and a leg. But I then found out from the civil aviation authority that European regulations oblige airlines to provide adequate care (food and accommodation) in these circumstances.
After i kicked up a fuss by email, easyjet agreed to refund me less than the cost of the hotel fees, but it was something, so I agreed.
There's still no sign of the money.
They say they've paid - I haven't recedved the cash. They asked me to prove it, so I sent them my bank statements, and they're still claiming they've paid.
I'd expect it from a cowboy outfit, but not from a publicly listed airline company. Not sure I'd trust them to fly me anywhere after that pack of lies.

Summary: I'd calll flying easyjet a false economy
