I have flown with Easyjet a number of times for both business and pleasure and I can honestly say that I've never had a problem with them on any of my flights.
Their online booking is simple and the fact it shows prices including taxes is a bonus as you know exactly what you're paying from the beginning. It is slightly annoying that you have to pay for checked baggage but I usually only use them for shorter flights within the UK so I can usually just get away with hand luggage. Their check in online feature is very handy too and reduces time at the airport. 9 times out of 10 flights I have taken have arrived within 20 minutes of the arrival time and the only time I took a flight which was seriously delayed (+3 hours) I got a full refund from them.
Fair enough, the seats may not be as comfortable as other companies but the number of different routes they fly and their reasonable prices (and great offers!) more than make up for this!

Summary: If you want luxury, pay the extra but EasyJet is always my no frills airline of choice!
