Disadvantages: Leg room on some planes

When you are looking to book a flight, there are many things you need to take into consideration. One being how you are willing to pay, and the other, the service that you are going to recieve. You have to think about whether you want to pay huge amounts of money for a flight and recieve brilliant service, or pay as little as possible are get terrible customer serivce. But with EasyJet, you get a mixture of both. You dont have pay too much for your flight and get excellent service, so you get the best of both worlds. With them being a short haul airline, their planes are the largest, so therefore you dont get as mucg leg room than you would on a British Airways flight, but then you arent on the plane for long time.

One thing that they dont provide in the price that you pay is anything that is available onboard. With other largest airlines, your in flight entertainment and food/drinks are all included in the price, but with EasyJet, then you have to pay extra, and to be quite honest, they charge extorshinate prices. I dont usually buy anything, only perhaps the odd duty free items, but nothing else, there really isnt any point.

Like another airlines that I could mention i.e Ryanair, this airline doesnt give you certain seats, you if you want a decent seat, close to the doors are to make sure that your party are all sitting together, then you need to make sure that you are at the airport ealier, and are first in the queue. I have often over heard people arguing over seats on the aircraft.


I fly with this quite often, and I have only ever been delayed three times, and we were treat brilliantly including free meal vouchors. One time our of the three was an overnight delay, in which we recieved a free nights stay in a hotel at the airport. I thought this was brilliant and just shows how much they take care of their customers.
