I've heard a lot of bad reports from people about Easyjet over the years but to be honest, touch wood i've never encountered any problems with the company at all to date! There has been the occasional delay which has been a little bit annoying at the time but nothing major! I've used easyjet to travel all over Europe and the service has always been fine. Yes, it's no frills and pretty basic but you pay for what you get and the majority of the europe flights aren't going to last too long! It'd maybe be a different matter if I was to fly with easyjet to Australia! Some people don't like the fact that you don't get meals on the flight but you can pay for a selection of snacks such as sandwiches and drinks which are alright! Most people aren't big fans of airplane food anyway! The flights are not as cheap as they were a few years ago unfortunately and you have to beware of the hidden charges when booking such as the bag charges, insurance and credit card booking fees as these all push up the final price quite considerably! The queing system at the airports can be a bit annoying at times too as everyone tends to be herded on to the plane like cattle and there's always a mad rush of people scrambling on to the plane to get their preferred seats! On the whole i'm glad that easyjet exists as it has made getting to places so much easier!
