Advantages: Cheap flights (although with add ons, not THAT cheap!)

Disadvantages: If something goes wrong, their customer service is usless

I've had some good experiences with Easyjet in the past, but believe me, when you get a bad experience, they couldn't care less. I will NEVER travel with easyjet again.

After informing us of a 3 hour delay when checking in, that was the last we heard from them. It was actually a 13 hour delay, during which time we got NO information (not even to inform us of a delay - we got that info from someone who had an internet phone and could log in to Luton web page!) and NO food or water. Zilch. Nothing.

I have never been so poorly treated in my entire life.

Even worse, thinking that we could claim back the £30 we had to spend on food and water whilst we were stuck in this tiny airport (we would have spent more, but didn't have any more money, they then said "sorry, no receipts, so no claim".

Complaints just get you useless replies from incompetent easyjet staff.

I know lots of people like their cheapo flights, but seriously, if anything goes wrong on your journey, don't expect any respect or care from this airline. Their customer service is a joke. If it is people they're employing, they may as well just save money and employ robots.

Summary: Cheap flights, but after a problem, I will NEVER fly with them again.
