Advantages: Cheap, flies to many European locations

Disadvantages: Customer service could improve and space on aircraft could be a bit wider

Easyjet is a "low-cost" airline which operates both domestic and international flights to many European destinations, including Egypt and Morocco.

This company has been running for several years now and is great for if you are on a tight budget and need to get somewhere, but I can honestly say that their customer service in the past has never been the greatest. If you have a problem with your flight, or your flight is delayed, I find that their staff are not very friendly. Don't get me wrong though, I have flown with Easyjet for some time now and shall probably continue to do so in the future. Since Easyjet first launched, they have done considerably well and introduced many other services, ie: Easybus, EasyJetHotels, EasyJetHolidays, and others. I find that the leg room on the plane is very small and the aisles are also very slim. I prefer to sit on the window side so that I don't get bumped everytime one of the attendants come past with their trolley. On certain flights, Easyjet also provides in-flight entertainment, which you get an option of purchasing a headset whuilst on board, if you wish to listen to the audio from the movie / comedy showing. I believe that this should be included in the fare which you pay, as part of the service. This air;
