Bad experience- would still use again!! (easyJet)

Advantages: Reasonably priced on-board refreshments, good services

We have had both good and bad experienced with Easyjet- yet would book with them everytime purely for the cost! We have flwon to both Madeira and Nice several times. Booking in is easy and i particularly like the fat that they alow you to board early if you have young children which is very convenient. I booked online for Nice and we had no problems at all- no delays, no issues whatsoever. When we flew to Madeira recently we were delayed for about 2 hours each way and although they made us aware of the delay there was no reason given and everyone was left in a long standing queue for a very long time! Even though this porblme arose once the planes were ready on both occasions all went smoothly once we were boarded. Easyjet also offer reasonable priced food on the flights which i think is better that standard meals and we were also amazed that on the Nice flight we were treated to a film (usually only experineced on long-haul!). Collecting of baggage and so on was also easy- in the long run we would certainly use them again.

Summary: overall well prices and good services
