Advantages: Cheap flights, clean planes, comfy seats, friendly plane crew

Disadvantages: Poor boarding and check in setup, snacks out of stock or forgotten

My wife and I have flown with Easyjet on 3 occassions and have never had any major problems with their service or any delays. The planes are always comfortable, clean and well maintained and the staff are well dressed and friendly on the flights. When you are checking in you can pay extra for a service called speedy boarding which my wife and I paid for on our last flight but I would not recommend as when we attempted to check in we had to queue due to the speedy boarding desk having all flights to go through it so the desks handling our flight ended up having a number of passengers manage to check in before we were able to which I was annoyed with as this is something which you pay for to make things easier. The speedy boarding pass also allows you to board first but if you are at an airport where you are to access your flight by travelling on a bus then this puts you on the bus first so actually makes you last to your seat on the flight (a very backwards system).
If you fly with Easyjet then expect to board your flights with little to no time until you are due to takeoff and for the captain to ask you to take your seats as quickly as you can to allow them to keep to their schedule when you have been sat waiting at a gate for over 40 minutes.
All in all you get what you pay for but the extras are not worth the extra as Easyjet only has its basic level for service so don't seem able to handle extras well.
The best one I have so far had with them was their flight back from Portugal where they forgot to pack the lids for the cups so could not do any hot drinks or soup which as you can imagine did not go down to well.

Summary: Ok airline but I would pay the extra few pound to book with a higher quality airline
