Easyjet briliant affordable airline (easyJet)

My head office is on the outskirts of London and i fly down to London Luton about 5 or 6 times a year. I have heard many differnt opinions on Easyjet alot not so good, but i can only go on my own expieriance.

I have worked in this job for two years and i have only had one problem with them. I always book my tickets online and the website is fairly easy to use. Its worth just taking your time with it as there is changes that have to be made to insureance baggage allowance etc. You can even pay for a service called speedy boarding and it just lets you get to the front of the que, i feel its not really worth it unless you are desperate to get a window seat. You dont get allocated a seat, you just sit where ever you can but thats no big deal.

The prices are always good if you book far enough in advance but i tend to book it a few days in advance as its not always possible for me to know when i am going down to Luton so its usually over £100, if you book at least 6 weeks in advance the prices can be amazing.

Service wise i have always found them to be good. I have had one cancelled flight in two years so that cant be bad. I have very rarely even had a late flight, in fact i had a flight delayed last week by about 30 minutes and if it wasnt delayed 30 minutes i would have missed it. I quite often get the flight changed to an earlier flight if i arrive early at the airport with no hassel and no charge. The staff are always really friendly and helpfull.

In short its a bargain low cost airline with a great service, great prices and always really proffesional
