I have flown with Easy Jet quite a number of times and i find their service just ok.
I fly to Malaga from Manchester on a regular basis and always use low budget airlines.
Initially i was unable to use Easy Jet as the closest airport they flew to was Liverpool, however they now fly to manchester.
As with many of the low budget airlines you do get what you pay for and with easy jet if you can plan your travel early you get better deals, the later you book the more you will be charged and quite frankly if its a last minute deal i would shop around all airlines as the flight price could well be unreasonable. Staff on the flight are always pleasent and helpful and to a certain degree well presented. In flight there is no entertainment (well to Malaga at least) and food,drink duty free is limited. Flight seats are not allocated so if you want a decent place get there early (this is is fine for me as i usually travel alone with hand luggage only), seating is quite crammed.
Finally, dont be surprised if your final total works out much more than you were initially quoted, you will be charged for taxes and luggage which bulks the price quite a bit. Look out for other added extras like insurance, car hire that they add on during booking that will remain on until checked off.

Summary: Not bad service if you book early and take hand luggage only.
