Advantages: Cheap, Effecient and comfortable

Disadvantages: Mixed Check In Desks cause confusion.

I have recently returned from my annual summer holiday with the family. We booked it all ourself and decided to fly easyjet
as the prices were the cheapest we could find.

We were very dubious about what to expect on the no frills flight and following watching the TV programme Airline.

To be honest we were very pleasantly surprised.

On the outward journey check in opened early so we managed to check in without queues. The staff were not the happiest of staff
but they checked us in quickly and effeciently.

I was then worried about the plane being late but no it was right on time which was just brilliant.

I was worried about the rush to the plane for seats but because we had an under 5 year old we got to board second after priority
customers. This was great and we managed to get a seat and settle our children down without having to worry.

The planes themselves were clean and the staff friendly. The seats were fine in size no smaller than others I have been on. To be honest
as a no frills airline I could not tell much difference between them and BMI, other than the cabin crew don't have a little cubby hole
to hide in.

The return journey was almost as good.

The only problem we had was check in. We had got their in plenty of time but easyjet do not have one check in desk per flight
they put a number of flights all on one desk. So we had to queue with other flights which seemed to take quite a while - I would say
30 minutes in total perhaps more.

Once we were checked in everything was fine. We were once again worried about the rush to the plane as we needed to get on a bus to
get to the plane. However, we needn't have worried as Easyjet were on the ball. Just like our outward journey they called us forward
first and put us on this bus. The bus had a barrier to seperate the priority customers and those with children from the rest of the
passengers. Once the bus was full we went to the plane. As to allow us and the priority customers to be first on the plane they only
opened to doors that were in our section of the bus - again meaning we were able to get seats before they let the remaining passengers off.

A very very postive experience and we will definately fly easyjet again.

Summary: A nice comfortable way to travel short haul cheap.
