I've flown Easyjet several times over the last 2 or 3 years, and I have to say they have never disappointed me. Starting from the booking process online, it's all very simply laid out, without any hidden charges. I like to have a choice of flying from Gatwick, Luton or Stansted on certain routes as well.

Last time I booked a flight, I checked in online, which is also very simple, you just print out your boarding pass at home, and no queueing at the airport!

I made a mistake of giving myself the title "Miss" on the booking form, without realising. I thought they would charge me to change this, but all it took was a quick phone call and they changed it to "Mr" without any fuss or charge. Nice.

I don't see the point of paying to board first and running for the seats, but with online check-in, you are in grop A and first onboard, after speedy boarders. European flights are short so I usually pack my own snack and don't bother paying for the food inflight. In my experience all the flight attendants I've come across have been nice and helpful.

Take-off and landing pretty smooth, and the fleet of aircraft is fairly young, all of which makes me not worry too much about flying.

And so when I'm thinking about going anywhere in Europe, Easyjet would be the first site I check, as their prices are usually pretty good.

I would only like to see their staff at the gate enforce the boarding procedure a little more strictly, as on one occasion everybody just piled in and it made it a little stressful for some of the older people in the queue.
