Advantages: Cheap and quick

Disadvantages: A bit too orange

We've been using Easyjet for about twelve years, since the children were old enough for beach holidays in Spain. I've always found them very good value and, as long as you stay realistic, friendly service. We've flown with them to Malaga, Barcelona, Paris, Faro and Alicante and we've never had any serious hiccups. Unlike with Ryanair, who we used once to Italy and frankly I'd rather walk.
The Easyjet experience is a basic one but fine for short flights. Advance preparation is the key. Packed lunches and plenty of reading material and you are fine. The staff are often stretched but I have always found them pleasant. Checkin is very straightforward and small children are let in first - unfortunately my youngest is now 16 and we can't get away with it! But let's face it, £35 to Malaga and I wouldn't be expecting cava, never mind champagne! The only thing I don't like is the orange everywhere....

Summary: Excellent value but basic service
