Flight cancelled, and refund as well (easyJet)

Disadvantages: if it goes wrong, better pray, website based customer services, just want my refund, please

Long story short: after two months that my flight was cancelled due to lack of planes (that is the only explanation), I have not received any refund for both my ticket (compulsory by law), or overnight expenses (staying overnight was suggested by Easyjet consultants, but next day there were no flight available in 48 hours (!!)).

I am still waiting for an answer, at least.
Anything.

And I will not spend anymore trying to get somebody in their 0870 line.

Judge by yourself what kind of customer service is offered.

If in despite of what it is said, you decide to travel with Easyjet, just Good Luck!!

Possibly maintenance contractors have suffered similar experiences.
