Easyjet...why go elsewhere? (easyJet)

Easyjet. Fantsatic.

I recently flew to Palma De Mallorca from Luton with Easyjet, and other than Quantas who were fantastic and miles ahead of the competition, I can honestly say they are the best airline I have ever flown with.

On the outbound flight everything was simple and easy, no hassle with loads of tickets, simply a printed email and then given a boarding card telling us where to line up in the queue for the plane, which departed exactly on time. On board staff were friendly and helpful and we experienced no problems with baggage etc when we got into Palma airport.

On the return flight I had a nose-bleed and the cabin crew were friendly and had a good laugh about it with us for the rest of the journey. On board snacks and drinks were not stupidly over-priced as I had expected. The Boeing 737 we were on-board was immaculate. And well under half full, which meant we all had room to spread out and relax and sleep, an oppurtunity you would never get on a chartered flight of course.

So, all I can see is that I strongly recommend travelling with Easyjet, not purely because of their excellent low fares but because their standards are as high, if not higher, than the chartered airlines.
