I flew on Easyjet to Madrid on a newspaper promotion, paying just £39 including tax for the return trip. The flight was better than I expected for a budget airline, punctionality was not a problem outward but we did arrive a couple of hours late on the return journey due to technical problems.

The in-flight service was good, no free meals or drinks but at the fare you can hardly complain. The only thing I didn't really like was the free seating policy - boarding becomes quite an ordeal when passengers run for the gate in order to get the best seats.
