Now that Monarch have announced they plan to stop using Coventry it is back to looking for flights from either Luton, Birmingham or East Mids airport and for the first of these this means using Easyjet a lot ofthe time as they fly to a number of destinations from Luton airport. Easyjet are a budget airline with the distinctive orange ...  Read the complete review

easyJet: Well I got this airline through a package deal so I had no choice really on who to go with. But after watching Airline on BBC it seamed like a fictional airline company. Going to East Midlands to start with, getting there 3 hours early, we had about half an hour until we could check in. So we sat around having some food and ...  Read the complete review

Another email appeared in my inbox from Best Friend, this time containing our flight details. The title (following the pattern set by the previous god-knows-how-many similar mails) was Two Days To Go! With such a short time before we left for Morocco, I still had to pack, find my passport and tie up loose ends at work and we agreed that it would ...  Read the complete review

I recently flew to Gibraltar on Fri 17 October and returned on 19 October, with Easyjet. I booked the flight online in May and on the 16 October. As I was only taken hand luggage, I checked in online and printed my boarding passes out before leaving home. At the airport, all I had to do was go straight to security, where I had to show ...  Read the complete review

I flew with Easy Jet for the first time when I went to Tenerife a fortnight ago, I must admit I was a bit dubious after hearing so many bad reports about this air line but I got to my destination and back to Manchester in one piece and only had a twenty minute delay with the out going flight. I booked our flights through their web site ...  Read the complete review

After having a few experiences with Easyjet,i am now becoming a frequent flyer, because i visit friends living in Essex once a month or so. Easyjet should have some sort of frequent flyer points scheme like British Airways, which could be useful to myself and business people. Easyjet are the kings of budget airlines and who can blame them. ...  Read the complete review

I have only had one experience with EasyJet, flying to and from Majorca in July/August 2008. Having looked around for cheap deals and packages we decided that it would cheapest to book our own flights and hotels separately so we could look for the best deals separately. We began our search for low cost flights and soon found Ryanair to ...  Read the complete review

I have had only one experience so far with easy jet but I will certainly have more in the future, I booked a flight with easy jet to go out to Paris and visit my brother and I had a very good experience with them from beginning to end. Booking the ticket online was very, very easy and although there were somewhat hidden costs they were eventually ...  Read the complete review

Like many people, I was attracted to flying with easyjet because of the low cost of the airfares, and consequently, the prospect of having a cheap holiday. I have in fact flown with them about four times now. To be honest, I think that the only really good thing about easyjet is the cheap price- and perhaps the fact that they fly out ...  Read the complete review

I have flown with Easyjet on a number of occasions in recent years, most recently to Ljubljana from London Stansted. This was our first time flying with our daughter and I was dubious to say the least. We booked the flights well before our daughter was born, and I found customer services were very helpful when I was trying to find ...  Read the complete review

First time flying with easyjet earlier this month as it was cheapest around to get to CDG. Travelled from London Luton and wish I had booked up the car parking with them at the time of booking my flights as it ended up being half the price we payed waiting and booking up the week before we travelled! The flight out we had a slight ...  Read the complete review

I have used easyjet.com twice one to Rome Ciampino airport and second time to Paris Charles de gaule airport. I found the web site very easy to use, you scroll down to find your airport choice and then destination choice. Then easy jet gives you a choice of flights one way or return. Prices on different days can vary quite a lot, but ...  Read the complete review

I recently flew with Easyjet departing from Gatwick and arriving at Marseille. Overall the whole experience was great. Everyone at Easyjet was helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble, the fact that they market themselves as a budget airline does them no favours apart from the obvious low cost fares because the service that they ...  Read the complete review

I recently flew from London to Croatia on Easyjet and thought I'd share my experiences. Easyjet are one of these no frills airlines where you basically pay for the ticket and that's it! On other airlines you will be able to put baggage in the hold and have a meal on the plane and this is all included in the price of the ticket. When it ...  Read the complete review

I'll never fly easyjet again - worst customer service experience I've ever had. My evening flight from Geneva to Paris was cancelled in February 2008, with no prior notice, when I was three months pregnant. Easyjet transferred me onto the 6am flight the next day, but basically told me to go fend for myself, and didnt even offer help finding ...  Read the complete review

EasyjetScammed
Express Review on easyJet

I have also been scammed with this Shoppers Discount fee. They will refund the money, but it is amazing that in 2008 Easyjet would be so willing to pimp out their loyal web based customers to some sleazy third party all for a grubby kickback of a few measly pounds. Surely even the Marketing MBA wannabe that dreamed up this scheme can see the damage that is has done to their reputation and the integrity of internet shopping generally.
I will never fly Easyjet again, I will happily pay a premium to give my business elsewhere. The fact that the charge was readily refunded by Shoppers Discounts suggests that they know it is a scam. Sleazy, misleading, deceitful, shameful Easyjet.

I have only flown easyjet twice, and that was not by choice, but i was very impressed the first time, but not the second. We booked a skiing holiday to St Anton, and the closest airport is Innsbruck. I have used Easyjet many times. I am pretty sure that I have been with them for at least 30-40 return flights at least, if not more. I fly a lot both on business and for leisure. Although I normally fly on business with companies like British Airways, some time I went on the Easyjet plane with my suit. I had a couple of very ...  Read the complete review

I've used easyjet for about 6 years now, it's much easier to fly from Edinburgh down to London than drive the many hours. The staff are always pleasant, I've never yet lost my bags (touch wood) and while they run a 'bus' service you're never really suck for a seat and there aren't any terrible ones anyway. The whole process is simple ...  Read the complete review
