Went to Berlin from Luton - delayed 30 minutes going out while they sorted out who was and wasn't on the flight. Then coming back stuck in a room with few seats for nearly an hour in Berlin airport whilst they waited for the plane to arrive. Why can't these barstewards issue seat tickets? The time they waste by not doing this must be enormous.

Can anyone really complain about Easyjet? They offer relatively cheap fares throughout Europe and are reliable. Flight cancelled...left stranded in Paris with two young children. I was offered seats on the next flight, which was due to fly three days later! I was then told that if I could find an alternative flight with another company they would refund the money. Two months, four calls and a number of letters (sent by recorded delivery) later, I am still struggling to get them to acknowledge my complaint/claim. Never again.

I will never fly easyJet again!! I have never felt so ripped off.
They charged me £100 extra bagage!!!!!!!!!!!! On return I flew British Midland with heavier bags and was charged nothing!!!
