I flew to Rome on GO in the spring, having won an online auction for seats at a ridiculous £35 including tax. The service was all in all above average for a budget airline. No free drinks or snacks as you would expect, but the cabin crew did provide a courteous service and punctuality was not a problem.

One of the main things I liked about GO in comparison to some other budget airlines I have used is that seats are allocated on check-in, saving the ordeal of trying to rush to get a good seat on boarding.

At the fare I paid - excellent. However, be warned that fares can be higher than on regular airlines, particulary when booking flights for the fairly near future - shop around first.
