A lovely, small airline. We flew as part of our Virgin twin centre holiday trip (Las Vegas and Waikiki). It is a 6 hour flight from Las Vegas to Honolulu, which is longer than we thought but this airline is very accommodating and friendly. Staff are smart, pleasant and helpful. The food was simply but I found yummy, it just included a turkey and cheese sandwich, packet of ready salted crisps and a small chocolate bar. At the beginning of the flight everyone is asked if they wish to hire out a TV screen and entertainment system. We did and it was worth it for $15, although worth noting you can't pay with cash, must pay with card. One advantage is that Hawaiian Airlines is associated with the Virgin Group and therefore you are able to collect frequent flyer points when you fly with them. I would have no problems in recommending Hawaiian Airlines and would certainly use them again if visiting that part of the world again.
