Terrible service! (Iberia)

Terrible service on the way back from Buenos Aires to Madrid. A 12 hour flight, and were offered a single drink, once, with the foul "dinner". My wife had no pillow on her seat when we boarded, so she pressed the call button. A stewardess arrived 10 minutes later and just looked at her, frowning. She said in Spanish that she hadn't got a pillow. The stewardess shrugged, said they didnt carry spares (it wasnt a spare!!) and "what do you want me to do about it?" Luckily we attracted the attention of another more helpful stewardess who magically found - a spare.

The customer service was atrocious. Rude staff, surly looks, no service, and also no information at Barajas airport. Some guys asked the Iberia staff where the plane for Mexico took off from. The Iberia guy said "well, the computer says its the other terminal. But it usually comes in to this one, so I don't know". Er... cheers then.

Wont be flying Iberia again.
