IBERIA dont bother (Iberia)

Advantages: Cheap but Nasty

We booked with Iberia because they were half price in comparison to easyjet who wanted £800 pounds to gran canaria for two adults Iberia were only £400 so bargain we thought, upon arrival at Heathrow all flights had been delayed due to an incident at Gatwick, we were put onto an earlier flight as otherwise we would not of made our connection in Madrid, we were rushed through the airport to sit on the plane for the next two hours, I appreciate that the delay was not Iberias fault but while on the plane there was no information given out at all, the first we new of a departure time was when the plane moved. We made our connection in Madrid and flew onto Gran Canaria, here we realised our bags had not arrived, we went to the Iberia desk were the first words the Iberia worker said were HOW MANY BAGS LOST, surely an apology of some description would of been appropriate, it felt as though we were disrupting her day rather than the other way around, when we asked if they would be there tommorow she just shrugged her shoulders as if to say she didnt care and could we please hurry up and go. We eventually got our bags after 2 days which involved us chasing iberia. On the return flight the passengers infront of us could not board as the plane seats they were allocated were broken, again we were delayed however the captain on this flight did to his credit keep everyone informed, there was some problem with the brakes but they got the all clear and we took off two hours late. For our last leg we changed and flew with BA which was amazing in comparison. One last moan the flight atendants on Iberia look like the zombies out of Michael Jacksons Thriller, and there should be a size restriction for there fat arses, if that air stewedess knocked my friend one more time with her fat arse he was going to slap her.

Summary: Poor never again
