This airline should be called Liberia!. They overbook, bounce you off a flight and deny compensation claims made under 261/2004 are payable. Never fly with them if you can possibly avoid it and if you have to, do not expect to get on the flight you booked and paid for. A bag was lost between Madrid and Panama City. The representative in Panama acted like they had never lost a suitcase in their history (there were five of us with bags missing). It took them an hour to find the forms for missing luggage. Three days later the Madrid office says the bag was found, but there is no one answering the telephone in the Panama City office. The people in Madrid have no idea why no one seems to be working in the Panama office.

Seriously bad management. The president of Iberia should be terminated for allowing such shoddy processes.

I will avoid Iberia in the future and certainly would not recommend this airline to anyone.
