Quite cheap airline Great aircraft and pretty good service (Icelandair)

Advantages: Very helpful staff answered all our questions

Disadvantages: The aircraft was very packed and busy not much leg room

My wife and I went to Norway a weeks ago and we decided to fly with Iceland air as we have travelled with them in the past. We purchased the tickets from the call centre as I prefer talking to someone it feels me with a bit of confidence and I prefer the human contact. The woman was very knowledgeable with lots of helpful information The woman on the phone was friendly and answered all the questions. Iceland air travel from Heathrow to Tromso in Oslo and as its not a very touristy airport and few airlines fly there.
Iceland air is a fantastic airline airline the people are very friendly the service is better than most other airlines I have travelled with. The airline uses Airbus aircraft and all the flights I have been on time and have been new clean and very smooth in flight. The flight attendants are very attentive and come round to your seat a number of times offering food and drink. The food was really nice fish in a white sauce but the drinks were very expensive. The flight left on time and arrived early and we were very happy with the journey. There were some families travelling on the plane and the flight attendants made them feel very special and really aided the parents to look after the children.
In conclusion the flight was reasonable but not cheap the service from the staff was very attentive and friendly and they really made me feel welcome. The only disappointing matter was the seating was quite cramped as they really wanted to pack the people into the aircraft I would recommend this airline to anyone.

Summary: This airline is worth traveling with i dont think you will be disapointed
