Cheap and comfortable (Jet Blue Airways)

We flew from JFK- Buffalo on Jet blue. Check in was in Jet Blues own terminal although we understood that it was a temporary terminal whilst their permanent terminal was being revamped.
Check in was a breeze and unhurried. Check in staff cheerful and helpful. We paid a little extra for seats at the front of the plane which gave slightly more leg room and were all leather. The cabin crew on the first leg were not very professional laughing and giggling amongst themselves during the emergency demo and after preening their hair.
There was inflight entertainment in seat back screens and you needed to buy the ear phones prior to boarding which were easily obtainable at the terminal gate.
A light snack was offered and a hot or cold drink. The plane was clean and tidy and quite comfortable.
On the return flight again check in was fast and efficient and the staff were extremely friendly and cheerful. The cabin crew were excellent on the return trip although no hot drinks were offered. Just a snack and a cold drink.
All in all an economical way to travel in the states and i would have no hesitation using Jet blue again.

Summary: Reasonable airline and good value
