Good Value budget airline (Jet Blue Airways)

Advantages: Clean comfortable aircraft good value ticket

Disadvantages: There were advertisments on the bulkheads and the inflight magizine was out of date

I have travelled twice on the Jet Blue service that runs from Seattle to San Francisco the ticket was purchased from there website with the minimal of issues and I received my e-ticket very quickly once the payment had gone through. Jet Blue are a budget airline that run quite a few journeys in and around the United States. My review will focus on the customer experience I experienced to paint a picture of the kind of experience you may also experience.
At check-in I was pleased to see a good number of check-in stations. The man who served me was very efficient and smart and took a great interest in my customer experience and quickly processed my ticket. The plane was quite small but the journey was only 2 hours long so I wasn't concerned.
The staff on-board the plane were equally professional and dedicated to there safety briefing and we were settled into seats ready for take off. The plane had its own inbuilt entertainment system on the back of each seat which had a number of channels available showing up to date films.
There was no meal provided but it was possible to buy food on the plane which I did at a cost about ten pounds the food was worth it as you had a large portion of chicken and chips which I was very glad to have. The flight was pretty uneventful but very comfortable the flight attendants were efficient friendly and took an interest in my journey. The plane was tidy clean and comfortable with more leg room than what we would have on Ryan Air or Easy Jet.
In conclusion the flight was of good value the service was pretty and the plane was on time what more would you want in an airline. I would travel on this airline again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a budget airline when value travel is important
