Jet 2 used to be extremely cheap. Now with taxes added on at about £50, depending on where you are flying to, its not so great!

It is a budget airline, with flights coming in at around 99p - £30 depending on how close you book to the day you fly. I book around 4 months in advance, and usually try to book the 99p flights. To do this use the flexible on dates checker option. You can then view many more flight times, and prices.
Jet 2 also offer package holidays, I have been on one to Ibiza and I was quite impressed for the price that it was. Based on 3 sharing (couldnt find one for 2 sharing) self catering, it was £259 per person including flights and transfers. The holiday was great, the weather was brilliant and we found loads of local resturants and supermarkets so we ate like kings.
Booking online at their website is the best way, as phoning takes so long and you dont get all the options.
Their complaints department is also helpful, as I have had to claim for cancelled flights. They just transferred the money straight back into my bank account. I have only used this airline to go to Holland from Leeds, and Ibiza from Leeds, but I will use it again, as it is cheaper than getting the train to manchester and flying from there.
