Advantages: Frienly, Low cost, Safe and Proffesional

Disadvantages: None really!

Used this airline several times now, and the main reason I return to them again and again is their frienliness!

I've travelled too many times with Airlines where you are treated like cattle and not human! We used them in Oct 2008 to Faro in Portugal. We decided to try flying from Blackpool, even though Manchester is closer, basically because we have a young child and getting through security and the hussle and bussle of Manchester is aweful.

So the flight. We were greated with a good old'e Up North hello, frindliest in the country if you ask me followed by an extremely proffesional yet friendly service. The Pilot's kept us well informed of where we were and timescales etc (we actually arrived early!).

Good points: Cheap, THE FRIENDLIEST SERVICE/AIRLINE I'VE EVER FLOWN WITH, and all with a feeling of quality and professionalism.

Bad Points(ish): Yes, the same as all low cost airlines now, paying for bags especially overweight ones, but what do we want, this is STILL very LOW COST travel, Blackpool to Portugal and Back for under £200....Bargain!

Summary: Without doubt the North's BEST AIRLINE, Highly recommend!
